Heartland Ministries Radio is holding a yard sale to benefit Thrive FM on Thursday, April 22 and Friday, April 23. The sale will be held at our studio offices, at 219 College Street in Hardin. You can donate items for the sale by bringing them to our studio offices on April 20 and 21. If you would like to donate items on different dates, please contact us to arrange accommodations. 100% of the proceeds will directly benefit Heartland Ministries Radio. Steven Curtis Chapman and Big Daddy Weave will be in concert Sunday, April 25, at the Calvert City Drive-In. Gates open at 6:00. Tickets are sold on a per car basis, with a limit of six people per car, regardless of age. More information and tickets can be found at www.calvertdrivein.com.

A community night of worship will be held Saturday, May 1, at Memorial Park in Calvert City. Food trucks will arrive at 5:00 and the worship service will begin at 6:00. Memorial Park is located at 1072 Fifth Avenue.

Revival, Homecoming, and Other Services

The Graves County Baptist Association Semi-annual meeting will be held Monday, April 12, at 6:00, at Liberty Baptist Church.

High Point Baptist Church, at 220 West Farthing Street in Mayfield, is holding a tent revival Sunday, April 18 through Wednesday, April 21. Services will begin at 6:00 each evening. Bryan Grigg will be preaching.

Community Events

Bags of Hope food and clothing ministry in Benton is in need of boy’s clothes for ages 16 and younger. Bags of Hope is located at 3625 Mayfield Highway in Benton. They’re open Monday and Thursday from 2:00 until 5:00. More information is available anytime at 270-350-2154.

The Women of the Aurora Community Park Activities Committee is hosting a spring bazaar at Kenlake State Park Lodge on Saturday, April 17, from 9:00 until 3:00. This year’s Dogwood Trail Bike Ride will take place Sunday, April 18. The ride begins at 2:30 at BikeWorld, at 809 Joe Clifton Drive in Paducah. More information is available at www.bikeworldky.com.

Educational Events
